Each selected Friday features a completely different themed adventure you won’t find on our regular weekly schedule. From Mother& Me, to flying high in Acro Yoga and lighting up the studio for Glow-in-the-Dark Yoga, to blending mindfulness with creativity in Yoga & Art, there is always a new way to move, play, and connect.
