Free First Friday: Try Punch Needle
Create an original fiber arts coaster sized piece using embroidery and punch needle techniques. Visitors are encouraged to design their own piece. Bring your valentine or friends for a craft night on the Delaware River Waterfront. All materials provided. Demonstration of fiber arts provided by Cherry Street Pier Studio 16 fourth year resident artist Bonnie MacAllister, M.Ed. She has studied textiles while on Fulbright-Hays to Ethiopia and on residence in Iceland and Lyon, France.
