ring the Constitutional Convention in 1787. The historic marker dedication ceremony will be held on April 18 at 12:30. Market Street between Second and Third Streets will be shut down to accommodate the crowds at this free event. Historian Richard Brookhiser is the keynote speaker, along with other speakers. A fife and drum corps and color guard will available for pictures, along with educational panels.
