In our first ever Make-a-Musical, created especially for home-schooled students in grades 1–6, students will spend time working together to write, design, and perform their very own 15–20 minute original musical. Along the way, they will explore theater, music, art, and dance while also building teamwork, storytelling, and literacy skills in a fun and supportive environment. The session ends with an in-studio performance where students share their work with simple props and costume pieces they’ve made themselves. We are excited to bring this joyful celebration of creativity and community to Music Theatre Philly!
