Philly is on the hook for keeping our waterways trash free
Each member of our community plays a role in making sure waste is put in its proper place to help protect our local waterways and all the creatures that call it home. Join the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary and Philadelphia Water Department for a fun afternoon learning about reusing trash through art! Together, we will read excerpts from What a Waste by Jess French, explore art from our 2023 Trash Free Waters Art Contest and create our own art using recycled materials. Program intended for children 5 to 10 years old but open to all.
