The Twin City Model Railroad Museum is an all-volunteer nonprofit that preserves and displays toy trains and model railroading with an emphasis on regional railroad history. The museum houses over 11,000 square feet of interactive layouts and displays, including a 30' x 50' O-scale layout and a 30' x 16' toy train layout. Kids can watch and interact with detailed model towns and trains, see railroad artifacts and artwork, and speak with volunteer 'Train Doctors' who assist with model maintenance and questions. Seasonal programs such as the dimly-lit Night Trains add specially illuminated scenes and holiday model displays.
