Our experience
Riverfront North Partnership turns the Frankford Boat Launch into a free Saturday afternoon of fishing instruction (rods provided), kayaking on the Delaware, trail bikes you can borrow, art-making with Mural Arts, and free food. Bring closed-toe shoes for the boat ramp and a change of clothes if your kid is going to kayak.

Riverfront North Partnership's annual Fish Fest brings hands-on river activities to Frankford Boat Launch for one Saturday afternoon. Free fishing instruction with rods provided by Mid Atlantic Youth Anglers; kayaking on the Delaware with Land Health Institute; trail bikes courtesy of Independence Youth Cycling; art-making with Mural Arts Philadelphia and Tacony LAB. Free food and refreshments. No registration, just show up.
