Free to Secret Circus students- $10 to new to us or not current students
Learn the art of hula hooping! This is a foundational workshop where we will learn how to spin the hoop on-body, object manipulation techniques, how to dance with the hoop, and find transitions to create fluid movement. By the end of the workshop you will be able to hoop on body and move confidently through a short choreographed sequence.
