United KIDS Junior Field Hockey is designed to help children learn the basics of the game of field hockey
Instructors will teach the basic skills of dribbling, passing, trapping, and shooting along with the basic rules. Classes are generally broken into groups based on age and ability level. Each class is packed with FUN individual and team drills, games, and lots of scrimmage time with a focus on making young athletes better players and dependable teammates.
