Using the Zumba® Kids, Jr program, this class is rockin', high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines

Each class will break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Kids will movin’ and groovin’ while promoting teamwork, confidence, self-esteem, respect, memory, creativity, coordination, balance, and cultural awareness. No prior dance experience or special shoes needed! Wear comfortable clothes to move in and sneakers. No sandals or slick-bottomed shoes. Class is geared to be gender-nonspecific, so any kids who like to move and groove should hop in!
