Jenny Harris is our cook and baker behind the scenes at The Station
She got her start with vegetarian cooking at the Moosewood in Ithaca NY where she worked every role in the restaurant. After that she spent years in Philadelphia restaurant kitchens like the White Dog Cafe and Tria as line cook, pastry chef, fromager and sous chef. The Spring Soirée menu is inspired by early season fresh ingredients.
