What to know

  • The march (11 AM, free) starts in the Gayborhood and ends at the Parkway.
  • Festival is noon to 7, $10 wristband, with free community tickets through Galaei, The Attic, and Mazzoni Center.
  • Strollers are fine.

Our experience

Pride moves to the Parkway this year, and the part to plan around with little kids is the Family Zone. Philadelphia Family Pride runs it: drag story time, a bouncy castle, face painting, balloon art, and arts and crafts, plus a quiet sensory-friendly spot to rest and change a diaper. The march steps off at 11 from the Gayborhood and is free to watch; the festival on the Parkway, noon to 7, needs a $10 wristband. Buy it ahead so you skip the line, and aim for the earlier hours before the afternoon heat.

More details

On Sunday, June 7, 2026, Philly Pride 365 hosts the Philly Pride March & Festival, and for 2026 it moves to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The march is a free, vehicle-free procession that steps off at 11 AM in the Gayborhood and makes its way to the Parkway. The festival follows from noon to 7 PM, stretching from 21st Street to Eakins Oval, with three stages of live entertainment, hundreds of vendors, food trucks, beer gardens, and a maker's market. For families, the centerpiece is the Family Zone, run by Philadelphia Family Pride: a place to rest, recharge, and change a diaper, with drag story time, arts and crafts, face painting, balloon art, and a bouncy castle, plus a sober and sensory-friendly area for kids who need a quieter moment. Festival admission is a $10 wristband (with an optional $10 community ticket to sponsor someone else's entry), and free tickets are available through community partners including Galaei, The Attic Youth Center, Mazzoni Center, and Philly AIDS Thrift. This year's theme is Pride is Power.
