The 3rd Annual Spring Garden Sunflower Festival closes the 1700 through 1900 blocks of Fairmount Avenue for a free, family-friendly block party hosted by the Spring Garden Civic Association. More than 50 vendors, artists and service providers from the local business corridor, plus live music, a salsa lesson, children's activities, food trucks and a beer garden.
