Spruce Street Harbor Park and Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest reopen for the season on Friday, May 22, 2026, kicking off summer on the Delaware River waterfront over Memorial Day weekend. General admission is free. Lounge in the colorful hammock grove beneath LED-lit trees, play boardwalk games and arcade favorites, ride the carousel and boardwalk rides, and roller skate at the RiverRink (skate rental is ticketed, reserve ahead). New for 2026: pedal-powered Chiliboats, swan-boat night rides, and a floating double-decker barge. Opening weekend hours are Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 11 PM, Sunday and Monday 11 AM to 10 PM. Food, drinks, skate rental, and some rides are pay-as-you-go.
