Sunset Social, the seasonal rooftop spot on Cira Green in University City, runs free Saturday movie matinees on a 60-foot screen with city and river views. On June 13 the pick is The Mitchells vs. The Machines, the animated road-trip comedy about a family and their pug trying to save the world from a robot uprising. The movie starts at noon, it is free and open to the public, family friendly, and dogs are welcome. Food and drinks are pay-as-you-go, with cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and frozen drinks at matinee prices.
