One Saturday a year, hundreds of West Philly musicians move their gigs to their front porches and play for free. About 400 acts across 190+ porches, noon to 6, all on one self-guided walking route. The 10th annual West Philly Porchfest turns the neighborhood into one giant DIY music festival for one Saturday in May. Hundreds of bands and solo musicians set up on residential porches, stoops, and sidewalks; you walk a self-guided route, hop between sets, and grab food from neighborhood spots along the way.
