Enjoy a fun day out at Evergreen’s Yoga in the Park
Our kids yoga classes offer a fun adventure where they can explore yoga and mindfulness. Each class will offer an engaging theme to develop tools to relax, focus, and build confidence. Your young yogi will leave each session with a fun, simple handout to share and practice what they learned with family and friends. No prior experience is necessary. Parents are welcome to participate or watch.
