A 93-Year-Old Parade, Free Jazz, and a Candy Trail — Your Philly Weekend

It's Easter weekend. If you haven't locked anything in yet, don't stress — the Easter Promenade is back on South Street for its 93rd year, there are egg hunts all over the city, a big spring kickoff at Smith Playground, and free jazz and art at the Barnes on Sunday. Here's the shortlist.

A 93-year-old Philly tradition. The parade kicks off at 5th & South at 12:30 and ends at Headhouse Plaza with a Best Dressed contest — nine categories this year, including babies, kids, families, and a Philly 250 costume slot. Free bunny ears and Frankford Candy for everyone who walks. No registration, no tickets, just show up in your Easter best.
