Clark Park is a 9-acre community park in the heart of West Philadelphia's Spruce Hill / University City neighborhood, bordered by 43rd and 45th Streets and Baltimore and Woodland Avenues. The park features a playground, basketball court, open field, picnic areas, and over 300 mature trees. Home to Philadelphia's largest year-round farmers market (Saturdays year-round, Thursdays in season), Shakespeare in Clark Park summer performances, seasonal festivals, and a vibrant community atmosphere. The park includes a life-sized sculpture of Charles Dickens, one of only three known statues of the author worldwide.
