Saturday's got the festivals and block parties. Sunday's more of a chill-with-the-family kind of day. Either way, this weekend has plenty of options for you — a block party with a beer garden and 30+ vendors, a season opener with live raptors, car-free streets with bubbles and double Dutch, and a storytime about the most Philly things your little should know.
